We chose this logo because we liked the colors and scenery. It also resembles a scavenger hunt like the one we are doing in the sense that we had to travel down roads to complete the hunt. Group members include Andrew McFarland, and Chazz from our Cap 105 class. Andrew will send out tweets about our progress through the scavenger hunt, and I will retweet them. This picture was taken in front of the blue sculpture, which is rumored to be bad luck if you so choose to walk under it. The suspicion is if you walk under it you will be doomed to graduating late. I have never walked under it as I am superstitious. We modified the image through photoshop to bring out the blue hues in the picture.
This was taken in front of the clock tower, a staple in recognizing the center of Grand Valley from a distance. Andrew doctored this picture to make it have a red, orange, and yellow undertone.
This was taken at the Connection on Grand Valley’s Allendale campus. It contains a convenience store as well as restaurants such as Papa John’s and Engrained, a healthy eating option.
This was taken in front of the large white art sculpture that sits in between Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, Lake Huron, and Au Sable Hall. It can be seen from far away due to its height and odd shape.

This is a picture of me by a favorite art sculpture of mine because it is very subtle and I walked past it on my way to psychology class and it caught my attention every time. I posterized the image through photoshop to give it a unique look.
Research-Meme: Find a meme that appeals to you.
This meme appeals to me because with so many people using emojis, this meme depicts a real life interpretation of one of the most commonly used emojis. This meme is important to internet culture and significant because emojis are widely implemented. I think memes are important in general because comic relief is important in everyday life as people can easily get caught up in their day to day lives, meme’s give people a chance to laugh.

Research-Infographic: From the Grand Valley Annual 2018 report I looked at the financial and accountability report. I found that in 2018, record amounts were raised for the university, over 26 million to be exact. 36 new donor funded scholarships were created and expansions to Grand Valley’s downtown pew campus, particularly the health campus, became a reality in 2018. I also looked at the 12th annual accountability report, which shows Grand Valley’s data compared to other colleges in the state. The chart shown below is data I found most compelling from the accountability report.
